All the staff is very polite and always smiling. Special mention to Vasilis in the front desk who was very helpful and professional, Roxani for her kindness and also Charlotte of the Guest Relations for resolving a small issue that we had during our stay. Overall we had a very nice stay, very relaxing and we will definitely come back. Thank you very much for everything.

We absolutely loved this hotel!! We got a gorgeous room with a balcony overlooking the vineyards. The spa area was also very nice and comfortable. Then we had dinner, and it was delicious — but what really made it extraordinary was the amazing staff throughout the whole meal. They were all so friendly and sweet! The staff at the reception was also very kind and professional. And the breakfast… so nice!! The scrambled eggs, all the sweet pastries, the cheese… everything was perfect. We also rented an electric bike, and the staff gave us an app with a map to get around — it worked perfectly. Really, we loved every detail — how beautiful everything was, the swans in the small pond… just wonderful!
