The were very happy to host us and had amazing stories to share with us, The stay is very close to a grape farm and the property has an amazing garden. They had very nice suggestions about places to visit nearby.

A perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We loved the quiet and peaceful grounds. Our apartment had everything we needed, good kitchen facilities, a lovely bathroom, a dining table, and comfortable bed. We enjoyed using the pool one evening—it was delightful.

I can not recommend this property more. The location, the place itself was lovingly restored, the pool on hot summer days, the selection of drinks by the pool (the champagne was very good), but most importantly Florian and Emmanuel are what make this place so special. You can tell that this place is a labor of love. They treat you like family the entire stay. Florian has an amazing sense of humor and will keep a smile on your face the entire time. Emmanuel is kind and caring and wants to make sure everything is just right. The property is spotless thanks to Florian’s energy. A leaf would fall from the tree and he swoop in to catch it. The bed was excellent and the room was so quiet. Make sure Florian shows you the disco shower! Also prior to arrival they are great about communicating and even helped with getting our car parked. Staying with them was the highlight of Avignon! I can’t recommend it more!

The helpful and friendly staff with their wonderful English. They went above and beyond with all requests and even brought a dog treat to our room for our little dog. We had dinner at their bistro which is just down the road which had beautiful food, wine and mojitos. We did not want to leave the terrace. Such a wonderful treat to stay in such a beautiful hotel.

This is not just accommodation, it is one of life’s special experiences that will stay with you for many years. The journey along the long, narrow road is soon forgotten when the property opens up before you. The views, tranquillity, beautifully appointed rooms, and exceptional service make it all worthwhile. We left already knowing we would return, something that rarely happens. The staff play a huge part in the magic here. From the talented chef to the gardening team, front of house, and the meticulous Elsa Picaud Dor, who we believe is the reason the property is so immaculate, every detail is cared for with dedication. We often come across wonderful properties with potential, but it is rare to find somewhere as special as this. If you are in the area, I would also suggest staying at Domaine Les Martins, closer to Gordes, which makes a perfect combination. David and Régis are outstanding hosts, and if you are lucky enough to find a room, you must experience their level of service. Together, these two properties offer an experience every bit as good as Airelles Gordes, La Bastide, but with far more local charm.
