A hot tub, foot spa, sauna and steam room are available at an additional charge (pre booking is required). It was delightful from start to finish. Josephine checked me in and upgraded me to a suite, which was stunning, a fluffy soft bed, rich linens, a gynormous soaking tub, towel warmer, amazing water view of my Duart Castle, (where I will visit tomorrow), adjacent pool, sauna and steam room, foot bath, tea kettle for my camomile tea, day and night shades, room warmer clothes closet with ironing board and hair blower, Scottish water, caramel treats and pretzels. The most lavish soaps for bubble bath, hair and body. I especially loved the bamboo dental kit. Everything here is made so we'll that after Installation, will last for a very long time. Meaty doors, light switches and a beautiful authentic Scottish rug throughout. The staff was stellar, attentive and definitely accommodating. I cannot site anything that was missing or amiss. I will be returning soon to my ancestral home, with much glee
