Melfort Village is set in a lochside location, 24 km from Oban. Furnace is 23 km away. The units include a dining/seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV. This place is simply amazing! The staff were so friendly and eager to help us. We only stayed for a short time and truly regret not being able to extend our visit. The kids can’t stop talking about the house and how much they want to come back! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and of a truly high standard. We are definitely planning to return!

Offering a restaurant, 24-hours room service and a spa, Isle of Eriska Hotel Spa & Island is set in 300 acres of lush landscapes in Oban. Lovely spa facilities, so relaxing and very well maintained spa. I had a massage which was fantastic. The therapist was lovely and friendly. The gentleman at the spa reception also explained everything so well and made sure we had everything we needed. We had booked a cottage with a hot tub too which was excellent. The food in the restaurant was absolutely phenomenal and cooked to perfection. We were also offered some complimentary champagne on arrival as it was a special occasion which was much appreciated. It was a nice touch. The staff were so attentive.

Views were stunning, we never tired of the view from the living room window. The facilities were excellent from the WiFi, to the boot room it really was a home from home. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were just as good. Owner was contactable and accommodating. Proper had some lovely period features mixed well with a more modern feel. Area and neighbours very quiet and private. One thing I didn't notice from the pictures was the extent of the hill gradient the property sits on and the steepness of the garden to get to the decking. This wasn't an issue for us, but might be for older / less able guests. Mobile phone reception was good. We were using EE and speeds of 20mbps+ were recorded. Another thing to note was the exceptional view of the stars on a clear night. We even caught a glimpse of the Milky Way with the naked eye.

It is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. It had everything that you would need and more. The host Mark was very helpful and kept in contact with us from booking it to arriving at the lodge. It was spotless and there was all different patios and decking to sit at. The hot tub and sauna area was first class lots of towels and bath robes to use. There is loads of outside space with the big front and rear garden and it all lit up at nighttime which was a lovely touch. The kitchen had everything you need and lots more, the host has thought of everything and a bottle of bubbly and some shortbread and chocolates were an added extra. We had breakfast in the morning sitting out the front and dinner sitting out the decking area, there is nothing I can say bad about this place at all. The neighbours were lovely, we met a few of them on our trips out with the dog, the area is gorgeous plenty of walks and stunning views we made some amazing memories in our week's stay there and will definitely be back.

Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa enjoys wonderful views across Loch Fyne to the Cowal Hills. Offering en suite rooms, the hotel boasts a swimming pool and spa. We arraived very late and they do their best to give us a little dinner. We appreciated a lot their efforts. The property is beautiful and the rooms are great. Welcome pack in the room: superb!

Built in the late 1800s, The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is an iconic, historic building on Oban's seafront. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Oban Railway Station and the Cal Mac ferry terminal. I absolutely LOVED the location! Close to the station and bus route.

Set on the edge of Oban's Esplanade, with sea views of Mull, Kerrera and the Firth of Lorne, the hotel has a sun lounge and free WiFi. The view from the front room across the Loch was superb. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you.

Situated on the crescent of Craignure Bay, The Isle of Mull Hotel and Spa has stunning views over to Morvern and the west coast. A beautiful trail from ferry to the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The staff at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable about local sites to see.
