I have stayed in many 5-star hotels and this one, in terms of the room in particular, matches or exceeds them all. As others have noted, the Art’otel team seem to have though of every little detail in order to make you stay as high quality as possible. The breakfast is worth a special mention. It’s simply amazing quality. It’s not a buffet, but the three courses will set you up exceptionally well for the day. Location is also excellent — it’s only a brief 5-minute walk to Old Street station, which will whisk you into central London in a couple of stops. Alternatively, you can take a longer but enjoyable walk down to Liverpool Street station and jump on there, or carry on walking and take yourself into the City. I could write a lot more about all the little details that make this hotel so impressive, but will stop here and simply urge you to come and see for yourself. You won’t regret it!

Location was excellent for tourist who are travelling from shopping to entertaining theaters and food lover(Chinese, Italian...Asian, American etd). Also Metro station all around. Regarding Hotel "In"- very Modern and Unique from lightning to seat in the rest room with warming up to flashing!!!

Friendly helpful staff, great location and facilities, spotlessly clean. Lovely little extra touches like fresh milk and water in the fridge in my room, a welcoming complimentary cup of coffee on arrival and fresh flowers on the breakfast table. All these made the stay so much more pleasurable, I will definitely stay again.

You'll want to relax after all your city adventures – luckily, we've just the thing. Montcalm East's soothing spa, Bokeh, is designed to help you rest and reset. Perfect your butterfly (or not) in the spacious swimming pool and soak off the city in the steam room, Jacuzzi and sauna. If you're feeling lively, hit our high-tech fitness centre. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was so beautiful, with glass walls and extremely clean. The receptionist, was a Romanian guy, extremely welcoming, helpful and professional. We loved the jacuzzi, swimming pool and the steam room. The sofa from swimming pool was extremely comfortable we nearly called asleep.

Retaining many of the warehouse’s original features including exposed brickwork and vaulted ceilings, the spacious rooms at the Titanic Hotel are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen TV with Sky Sports Channels and seating area. Each includes tea/coffee making facilities including a coffee machine, Egyptian cotton bedding and an en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Rooms feel like luxury warehouse loft style, great breakfast and top notch FB in general. Go for the roasted chicken. Last but not least amazingly friendly reception and HK staff. Need to know anything... Mathew is not just a concierge he is a wonderful chap.

Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. It features an exquisite restaurant and serves cocktails until late at the highest bar in London. Very well maintained facilities. We used the pool and sauna daily. The room was immaculate and the view was to die for. The location, close to borough market and London bridge station, was also wonderful. I especially enjoyed their WhatsApp concierge. You can ask for help anytime with a text message and all can be arranged for you.

True attention to detail in every way. Excellent service and every effort was made to ensure we were comfortable.
