Hotel was clean and spacious and friendly staff, lifts were quick and no waiting time, Anan on reception on our arrival was so helpful and friendly, even bringing our room key to the restaurant as our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, he is an asset to the hotel for sure, our views of the city from the hotel room were incredible by day and night.

Montcalm East zooms in on the innovative spirit of its setting – bohemian Shoreditch and tech-Titan Silicon Roundabout – and captures it with clarity, character and colour. My stay at Montcalm East started with a small hiccup, but it quickly turned into a fantastic experience thanks to the incredible staff. The Guest Experience and especially Denise, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, resolving the issue promptly and making me feel truly valued as a guest. The thoughtful gestures, including different forms of compensations, completely turned my experience around. The follow-up from Prabhash, the other Duty Manager, was also greatly appreciated and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. I left Montcalm East feeling genuinely impressed by the team's dedication to creating a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding guest care and attention to detail.

Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. Very well maintained facilities. We used the pool and sauna daily. The room was immaculate and the view was to die for. The location, close to borough market and London bridge station, was also wonderful. I especially enjoyed their WhatsApp concierge. You can ask for help anytime with a text message and all can be arranged for you.

On the banks of the River Irwell, the award-winning The Lowry Hotel has rooms with views either over looking the city or the river. With an award winning Restaurant and a Wellness Centre. Loved everything - so spacious and really feels luxurious. Booked two rooms, one with river views and the second for teenage son. Son’s room was upgraded at no extra cost, a lovely touch. Loved the walk in wardrobes in both rooms. Breakfast was superb.
