We stayed here for 9 nights and really enjoyed it! Check-in was easy — we got the entrance code by message the day before and had no issues entering. the building. We communicated with staff via Whats app, they were very friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We had one minor issue with opening door for the room and staff helped immidiately via whats app, so it was sorted quickly. We were also lucky to have early check in! Staff messaged us when the room was ready so we could enter early. Our room on the second floor was clean, nicely designed (just like in the photos), and the bed was very comfortable with large blanckets. The windows blocked out noise well, but you can also open them a bit for fresh air. The location is fantastic — close to everything. The only small inconvenience was that there’s no luggage storage on-site, but you can leave your bags at a nearby hotel (2-minute walk), which is not too much hassle. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return and definitely recommend!

Graceful and luxuriant, Pan Pacific London seamlessly combines thoughtful design, innovative wellness offerings, and a variety of dining and drinking options, all conveniently located near Liverpool... Excellent luxury hotel right in the heart of the "City" of London. Beautiful, well-designed rooms. The staff were also very professional and courteous (as would be expected, but still - they seemed very well trained and managed). This is my new "go to" hotel in this part of town.

Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. Overall the stay was excellent with great location. However, as area of improvement, the deposit was a little higher than expected. Also, more options in SPA will be better.
