Everything. Location was perfect, right on Leicester square, a breezy 5 mins walk to Soho & Chinatown & 10 mins stroll to Covent garden. Room is spacious & it has a huge shower with 3 shower heads including a lower one built for children usage (I think). Brilliant hot water pressure which was welcoming after a long trip Staff are super friendly & approachable. Room was quickly cleaned when I was out for lunch. Breakfast is amazing. I love it that breakfast has a great selection of tropical fruits including the yummy mangoes.

InterContinental London - The O2 offers modern luxury on the Greenwich Peninsula. The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.
