Douneside House is located in Tarland, 50km from Aberdeen. Douneside House features views of the countryside and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The best place I stayed in Scotland. Historic countryside house near the Cairngorns with charm and personality and a beautiful garden. Incredible story of the family who owned the place, in particular Lady MacRoberts and her connection to the RAF, which guests can see and feel in the main house. Excellent dinner and breakfast in the Conservatorium (I didn't try the Library dinner, but I guess it is a remarkable experience). Lovely bar, very professional and friendly staff.

And the location couldn’t have been better. Met Patrick when leaving & he was so lovely & had a little conversion with myself & my partner will definitely be back to stay again! 👌🏼

Sandman Signature Aberdeen Hotel & Spa is offering accommodation in Aberdeen. Among the various facilities are a shared lounge, a bar, on-site fitness area, luxury spa and 24-hour shop. Not to close to the city centre made it more quiet. Nice hospitality.

This Victorian mansion with pool, spa and gym is set in quiet countryside 5 miles from Aberdeen. It has 2 bars, 1 restaurants and is 3 miles from the Castle Trail. The general atmosphere was excellent. The staff were attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
