Great Hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. We felt in home. The staff is very nice. We were traveling with our toddler and the hotel was prepared to receive us with her.

Helpful hosts with all recommendations, rooms, fully equipped kitchen, tidiness, cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and location, just 15-20 minutes from the center by bus . The house is 2 minutes from the bus station. House rooms are well-designed and make you feel as if you are staying at home. Very comfortable beds, one bedroom with own bath room. The hosts have left so many sweets, and candy, coffee, tea, oil, spices...Very kind from their side and our mood in the morning was very nice drinking the coffee. with such delicious cakes. And we could prepare the meal in the big kitchen :-) .The house is in a small district, Not far is the beach, where you could walk near the sea. Without any doubt, if and when I'm around, I'll be returning back. I've traveled the world a lot - very highly recommended place! Take my word for it. All my friends loved absolutely everything at this house.

The location was amazing as I was golfing the West links course. But I loved that every room had been decorated lovely and uniquely. The staff have been very friendly and helpful and the spa was a treat, especially after a wonderful day on the links.
