In my opinion the best hotel to stay at in Birmingham. The staff are incredibly helpful and the customer service is spot-on, supportive but not intrusive. The food in the restaurant whether you eat in there or the room service is at the highest quality and reasonably priced for what you get. The rooms are tastefully furnished with a host of small touches that make your experience that extra bit special. Also the spa facilities are top Notch. The hotel is also outstandingly clean in every area. If I'm ever back in Birmingham again I will not hesitate to stay here.

Convenient location for our needs. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Gym facilities were well used by us.

The health club facilities include a contemporary spa and fitness centre. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property, dating back to the 13th century, is stunning and full of character. It’s set in a beautiful, lush, and green area that offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Dinner was fantastic, Apo was a wonderful host at the restaurant and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Also Pedro was a great host making our first day very enjoyable. Truly loved everything about our stay.

The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Modern bedrooms have high speed internet access, flat-screen digital TVs, and extensive room service. (Please kindly note to enjoy full use of our pool, hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas, thermal suite, and spa relaxation areas there is an upgrade fee). Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.

Located just 1.7 km from StarCity, Jays modern guest house offers accommodation in Birmingham with access to a casino, a garden, as well as full-day security. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 2.1 km from Villa Park. The room was very large. Clean and had it's own un suite which was also spacious and clean. The host Saiqa was very friendly and welcoming and catered to all my needs. This place is highly recommended as its local to all amenities.

Great hotel - Christmas decorations beautiful and the smell as you walk in reception is beautiful. Great staff and rooms fantastic. This hotel is really pet friendly - dog bowl and bed provided but most importantly clear rules about what you can and can’t do and all reasonable. Spa fantastic and lovely staff (Marina)
