Plenty of things to do … though we could only spend the night so really just used the room and one restaurant. The parking was very convenient. It was walking distance from the Birmingham airport (half an hour … so too far with luggage but good if you travel light).

In my opinion the best hotel to stay at in Birmingham. The staff are incredibly helpful and the customer service is spot-on, supportive but not intrusive. The food in the restaurant whether you eat in there or the room service is at the highest quality and reasonably priced for what you get. The rooms are tastefully furnished with a host of small touches that make your experience that extra bit special. Also the spa facilities are top Notch. The hotel is also outstandingly clean in every area. If I'm ever back in Birmingham again I will not hesitate to stay here.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring and wonderful for shopping. Room was large and clean, breakfast very reasonably priced, lovely dining room. Gym facilities fab and staff very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay, thank-you.

In reception Gabrielle and Thea were outstanding, funny and professional.

Nestled within peaceful gardens, New Hall Spa provides an oasis of relaxation with a range of specialist treatments by expert therapists using industry-leading products. The health club facilities include a contemporary spa and fitness centre. This was a most wonderful property. All members of staff were really nice and helpful. Hotel location in the midst of lush greenery and the historic wonder of the structures were amazing. The room was quite large and the shower refreshing. Breakfast was really good and staff especially helpful. Walking around the grounds is unforgettable.

The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Modern bedrooms have high speed internet access, flat-screen digital TVs, and extensive room service. (Please kindly note to enjoy full use of our pool, hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas, thermal suite, and spa relaxation areas there is an upgrade fee). Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.
