Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. The breakfast was not included in the price, but it was very good and worth on paying separately.

Enjoying a waterfront setting and overlooking the canal’s marina, Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill Dudley is set in the heart of the Black Country and offers rooms with on-site private parking subject to... Amazing location next to the canal with bars and restaurants and opposite the Merry Hill shopping centre. It was an amazing room on the 4th floor ( I love it), and the view was absolutely incredible. Good and big gym and a very good SPA with sauna, streaming room, big jacuzzi, and a big pool ... Smiling staff and helpful. I really enjoyed it. Make my bank holiday weekend fabulous, and I will be back again for sure. Thank you.

The grounds were absolutely impeccable, a breathtaking sweep of lush gardens and serene landscapes. Strolling through the beautifully manicured gardens, framed by the tranquil moat, felt like stepping into a fairytale. The surrounding parkland offered peaceful trails where we spotted wildlife, adding a magical touch to our walks. The moat, alive with ducks and fish, was a captivating centerpiece we couldn’t stop admiring. The food was simply divine, with every meal a celebration of flavor. The restaurant’s modern British dishes, crafted with fresh, local ingredients, were bursting with creativity and beautifully presented. From leisurely breakfasts to exquisite dinners, each bite was a delight. We also loved the cozy lounge, where we savored expertly crafted cocktails and a decadent Afternoon Tea that felt like a treat fit for royalty. The dining alone left us dreaming of our next visit. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness were beyond exceptional, making us feel truly special. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond, anticipating our needs with genuine care. Their heartfelt hospitality, echoed in so many guest reviews, made every moment shine. We were also lucky to meet a local guest, staying with his wife, who shared fascinating stories about the hotel’s rich history, bringing its legacy to life in a way that deepened our appreciation. Our room was a heavenly retreat, blending historic charm with modern comfort. The beautifully designed space, with its elegant furnishings and serene garden views, was a perfect haven for relaxation.

This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.

The communication with the owner was excellent from the start. On arrival, I sent a quick message and she immediately came out to greet me and direct me to where I could park, which was really helpful. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully quiet. Although the property is on a residential estate in Nechells, don’t let that put you off, it’s a real hidden gem. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.

The Belfry Hotel & Resort boasts 468 bedrooms and suites, 2 restaurants and 2 bars, 22 conference and event suites, a state-of-the-art leisure club and a luxury spa, PGA golf academy, onsite golf shop... Love it here. Come regularly. It’s clean, staff are pleasant and the choice of food is good. The breakfast choice is exceptional. Would recommend
