In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this charming Victorian house is surrounded by 10 acres of grounds in the village of Bepton in West Sussex. Nothing at all to fault. Really lovely location with very comfortable bed. The bathroom was great with a big bath and shower that had good pressure. Nice toiletries to use and warm fluffy towels. We really enjoyed the pool and spa too. I personally felt that the rooms in the new building were nicer. They were definitely bigger with a garden view too. We stayed in room 16 which was fab!

The caravan felt brand new—spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The little touches, like the fudge, biscuits, and board games, really made a difference and added a warm, welcoming feel. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway

My husband and I spent a 3 night break here to unwind and decompress and we were not disappointed! The caravan is lovely, super clean and comfortable. The beach is literally across the road and there is a mixture of pebbles / sand. Alas we didn’t see any seals but the bay is beautiful! The accommodation literally has everything you could wish for in a ‘home from home’. The beds were extremely comfortable and we both slept really well. It is also well equipped with good quality white goods and furnishings. There are two large flat screen tv’s in the lounge and bedroom. Everything has been carefully thought out and provided, from the appliances to the crockery and toiletries. The site has everything you could wish for and caters to all ages. We arrived mid week and it was very quiet and peaceful, on the Friday, families started arriving and it was a bit more lively but not excessively noisy. It’s a paradise for children and adults alike. There is a shop on site and a whole host of bars, restaurants and takeaway places, all within walking distance and reasonably priced! We would definitely love to return.

If you are attempting the perfect getaway in leafy Sussex, then look no further. The location is sublime adjacent to a farm with early morning wildlife in abundance. The facilities are cutting edge, and one feels ones bones and muscles relax as soon as you cross the threshold. There is a conscious effort for the stay to be ecologically sound, reflected in the natural products as well as the log fired hot tub situated on a fantastic veranda with those wonderful wooded views. The hosts are generous with their time and really fun to meet, but discreet and justifiably proud of their cottage. I would say that you would find it difficult to find fault, from the electric charger in the car port to the espresso coffee machine to the sublimely comfy beds. It's a real treasure of a cottage.

This elegant hotel sits within the 12,000 acre Goodwood Estate, at the gateway to the South Downs. Guests have 2 golf courses, a health club and restaurants serving ingredients from the estate. I stayed with my best friend in a twin room. The room size was excellent! Lots of space and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed using the spa very much and the steam room was ace. Staff throughout were friendly and lovely 😀. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had; the poached pears were superb!! Lots of choice and freshly made items. There is a walking route around the grounds and as a hotel guest you can also have a drink in the Kennels on the main site too. The highlight was a short drive to the Aerodrome cafe at Goodwood too and exploring the Goodwood site there as well. We took a short drive into Chichester too which is very close and opted to eat out there instead of the onsite restaurant which was easy; there’s a great Camra pub I’d recommend!
