Incredible experience! I stayed at this hotel in September, before the ski season started, so it was quiet and not crowded. I had the chance to go hiking along the cable car line and watch the sunrise, and also spend time in the heated pool with a stunning view. It was my birthday, and I had mentioned it in my booking. To my surprise, I was welcomed with a real celebration! Miro and Mariam made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. I was very lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a suite, where I found a cake with a candle waiting for me, as well as a special gift — a “BORN TO SKI” poster. The level of care and attention was beyond anything I expected. Truly one of the best hotel stays of my life!

Located a 2-minute walk from the ski lift, New Gudauri Apartments offer free WiFi. The duplex apartments here provide a sofa, hairdryer and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Location is excellent, literally next to the supermarket SPAR and Mr Michael is super helpful during my whole trip . He assisted me with my request all the time and showing me around ,share information regarding Gudauri. Even when I finished my stay he also helped me to store my luggage. Thanks for his great hospitality I have enjoyed my stay.
