This was my second time in Borjomi and my second stay here. I love this hotel. The staff were amazing. I am an IHG member so got an amazing room with a large balcony with a mountain view and furniture including 2 chaise lounges. The restaurant was excellent for dinner featuring a bit of Georgian and European cuisine. I didn't book with breakfast because I've been on the road for 3 weeks and was sick of breakfast, but there is nowhere outside of the hotel to have breakfast early in the morning so I paid $25 per person for breakfast. By Georgian standards, the breakfast buffet is nice and you can order omelettes. But the day before, I had eggs Benedict with Kamkachka crab in Batumi ($18.00) so I wasn't impressed. I will definitely stay here in my next visit - largely because of the wonderful staff!

I recently stayed at this hotel located just outside of Borjomi and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff.

Good sized apartment for family of 5 and very comfortable. Location of accommodation and proximity to the ski slope is a few minutes walk. Aspen cafe nearby was great and staff excellent.
