The first time we became in love with everything. The beauty of the Hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very new and well maintained. The staff is the best. Always with a smile on the face. We love the minimalism and modern design of this Hotel. The beach. The view. The service at the pool and at the beach. The food is amazing. This time we receive an upgrade and the suite with the jacuzzi was wonderful. We just have good things to share with the others. Absolutely nothing to complain.

Boasting a bar, the hotel is close to several noted attractions, around 300 metres from Koum Kapi Beach, less than 1 km from Saint Anargyri Church and a 16-minute walk from Archaeological Museum of Chania. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. All the staff were super friendly. We already felt welcome when arrived. Our room had a fantastic view to the beach and we enjoyed sitting there watching the sea and sunset. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Got a nice welcome drink from the bar and some free drinks in the minibar. Breakfast was good too. All in all, we really enjoyed the time with you and thank you so much!

The breakfast offers buffet, à la carte or continental options. At Enorme Santanna Beach you will find a restaurant serving Greek, Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing built place, the architecture and the design outstanding. The staff was truly fantastic, very careful with your needs and a really nice company while you dine in at the restaurant and at the bar. The variety of food makes you want to come back the next day, not knowing what to expect.A lot of culture in the food with different themes that bring joy with every meal. The cleaning service did wonders in the room, the good feeling to come back in a clean room after a day on the beach. One more aspect I wish to mention, the gym.Having a place where you can train and admire the views at the same time did a really good impression on me.There is also a boxing bag for the ones who like some cardio. Peace.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A big thank you specifically to Chris, Vaso and Evi for their warm welcome, their generosity and their help in planning our visit of the island. The breakfast was delicious and the portions were very generous. We very much appreciated enjoying our breakfast in our room or next to our private pool with a wonderful view of the port and the old town. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were also touched by the champagne bottle and the massage session that were offered to us by the hotel as a honeymoon gift. We also wanted to thank Maria Manaroli for the wonderful massage and for her professionalism. In a nutshell, our stay couldn't have been any better and we would surely come back on our next visit of Chania.

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. Amazing hotel, very clean and modern. Big rooms and terrace. The pool is very nice, you are able to swim and is never crowded. The atmosphere around the pool is also nice, chill music and chairs to relax. The breakfast was amazing, the chef welcomed us and explained the whole menu, it's a mix of classic breakfast with greek food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Gym is also nice and well equipped. We always had a parking spot right outside the hotel on the street, it's not very crowded. It pretty much exceeded our expectations from a 3 star hotel, they should definitely get 4 stars.

Younger guests can have fun at the 3 children’s pool, at the playground or participate in the games that the animation team organizes. It is home away from home. Our favorite hotel to visit every year! We love everything about the hotel. See you next year we booked again :)

The resort’s Hammam Spa features spa treatment rooms specially designed and fully equipped for multiple treatments, including face and body massages, treatments and scrubs. There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. I love Crete and Creta Maris, the hotel is beyond my expectations. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our family had a great time here.

The 5-star resort boasts an outdoor pool, two restaurants & 2 bars. Amazing place to enjoy your holidays. Really quiet and cozy location, got an upgrade to a junior suite and it was a dream. The pool area is very curated and the sushi and cocktails are on point. But let me tell you about the best part: the staff. Always nice and very attentive to detail.
