The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. All the staff were super friendly. We already felt welcome when arrived. Our room had a fantastic view to the beach and we enjoyed sitting there watching the sea and sunset. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Got a nice welcome drink from the bar and some free drinks in the minibar. Breakfast was good too. All in all, we really enjoyed the time with you and thank you so much!

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. The facilities were amazing. Lots of pools, all very well mantained. Pool at the bar was amazing, staff was very friendly. Food was amazing, every night it was a different thematic. Overall good value for money.

With a garden, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel features an indoor pool, spa centre and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel itself is very pleasant and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. Our room was even better than in the photos, spacious, comfortable, A/C, Wi-fi, personal swimming pool and long chairs, with everything you might need during your stay. The breakfast was high quality, you do have to chose in advance, meaning the previous day, what you will want but it's well worth it and with lots of options to chose from. Another positive point was a parking spot in their garage since we had a rented car. The hotel also has a little gym room, pool and spa, which we end up not using due to other activities we had planned but it looked nice and can be a plus for some people. Lastly, the location is good if you want to escape the "city center rush" and have a beautiful (but distant) view on the port and shore. However going to the center of Chania will require some compromise. We had our own car so it was fine to go but finding a parking spot (in particular for free) can be a challenge. Walking is possible but it will take quite some time. The alternatives are then bus or taxi, which give you less freedom or the need to pay. In any case, we truly enjoyed the entire experience, we were definitely happy with our stay!

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. Our room was upgraded for free to a superior room on the 4th floor. The hotel is very clean, the bed very comfy. The breakfast is excellent with many homemade fresh options. Highly recommended

There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. I love Crete and Creta Maris, the hotel is beyond my expectations. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our family had a great time here.

The 5-star resort boasts an outdoor pool, two restaurants & 2 bars. It was all truly amazing! The staff were very nice and helpful, the food was super tasty and varied. There was a selection of both vegan and non-vegan dishes. The room.... something else! We had our own privatw little pool and an excellent view of the sea and Spinalogka. Totally recommended!
