Cycladic Suites & Spa features accommodation in Fira near Central Bus Station and Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral. The property is around 2.9 km from Exo Gialos Beach, 11 km from Santorini Port and 12 km from Ancient Thera. The hotel has a hot tub, room service and free WiFi. The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family. There are so many things about this hotel that are exceptional, but first and most of all are the people who work there. Such kindness, patience and catering is deserving of more than a 10. And this grade is because of them. Especially I would like to mention Liana who has done everything and beyond to make it a great stay for us. Furthermore, this hotel's location is perfect if you want to have a great relaxing get-away vacation. It connects straight onto a beach and is a short taxi ride to Rethymno core town, or you can have a 30minute stroll down the strand (all the way along the beach). As we expected from Greek cuisine, the food was fantastic, but what made it better was all the options we had during breakfast and dinner time - ranging from savory, both for meat lovers and vegans to sweet (those strawberry tarts were insanely good) a lot of variation every day. We were there for 10 days and never got bored with the food (actually gained some nice sea-vacation weight :D ) The hotel has a modern design, which might for some things be limiting, but it s nothing that the hotel's staff cannot take care for you, so you can have the best holiday stay! The catering is professional and amazing, from the hotel area to the double pool area and straight down to the beach. You can lie down comfortably in sunbeds, get your cocktails served directly to you and enjoy the sun and seaairwithout moving a finger, and have your perfectly deserved lazy vacation. Speaking of Sun, Rhetymno must have some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world - don't miss out on sitting at the beach in the evening, with a glass of vine at your side and enjoy the sun setting in. Even though the hotel itself is some way from both of the airports - hotel can organize a pick up/drop off ride for you or it is easy as well to book a taxi online with many respectible services.

Stayed at Orama for 4 nights and had booked a superior double room but were delighted when we arrived to be told we had been upgraded. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is only about 10 minutes walk into fira’s city centre. An extra bonus was the included buffet breakfast, that it was great . The staff were very helpful and pleasent and always smiling. Great facilities , three swimming pools ,one for kids. I would definitely return to Orama!

Speaking German, Greek, English and Spanish, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical advice on the area at the reception. Property was stunning and well looked after. Breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and lovely fresh juice bar daily. The all day snack menu had a great variety and the vegan restaurant was delicious! Many many sun lounges and beds available whether by the pool or beach. Staff were all fantastic.
