We cannot thank Dior and her team enough for making my birthday unforgettable! We ordered breakfast into the room and on the morning of my birthday we got a Happy birthday and a muffin with a candle - soooo cute! The room itself was amazing, we enjoyed the steam room and the jacuzzi outside. In the morning I went out onto the terrace to enjoy the sunrise views and was welcomed by a neighbour’s cat, which made the morning even more cheerful. I highly recommend staying here, only a couple minutes away from the centre of Fira, and enjoy the welcoming touch of Dior and her team. Taxi service from the airport seems to be capped at 25€ so you’re better off getting a transfer booked by Dior in advance and not be in a situation (like us) where you’re walking around taxis asking for a price and they all give you the same quote. Ubers are non-existent on the island.

A brand new hotel, very nicely located in a calm area, but close to the city. Contemporary designed hotel with luxury feel and attention to details. The entry hall and the stairs are a true masterpiece. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well organized and fully equipped. Staff was very professional and helpful, yet friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and were provided complimentary free breakfast. Liana, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to plan the visits around and gave us great suggestions. Furthermore, she invited us to the Easter party lunch organized by the hotel with traditional music and tasty food. Breakfast is buffet style, everything is freshly made and very well presented. Finally, food was very delicious. The garage is free , which is a bonus. I would definitely choose to stayhere again whenever I visit Crete.

The breakfast offers buffet, à la carte or continental options. At Enorme Santanna Beach you will find a restaurant serving Greek, Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. One of the best hotels we've stayed, definitely would come here again. Everything was amazing - from the organised transfer to check-in. We were greeted with a smile as well as every single of our requests or questions was answered with a smile. The hotel is not big, so it's not overcrowded with a nice beach connected to it. The sun beds are extremely comfortable, the beach is clean and the beach bar is also nice with many options to grab a snack or a drink. The room was exceptionally clean (they also give you free bottles of water every day, which is a nice touch). We had a private pool connected to our room, which was also cleaned every day. The food is amazing. Every night they had different cuisines, so it was nearly impossible to try everything at once, but nevertheless, delicious. We would definitely come back again, it was wonderful staying there. :)
