It’s truly heavenly, had the best time. The setting is incredible, uninterrupted views, perfect weather and a lovely mix of private terraces and intimate communal areas. It’s also a very sensory from the french linens, Belgium pool furniture, Olive scented skincare and the stone flooring on your feet is very grounding. Hosts Olivier + Giannis, go up and beyond to provide personalised service. Olivier was often seen engaging with guests while Giannis is cooking up incredible cuisine from local farms. Everyday the menus changes, but the food is always incredible. They grow their own olives, press their own oil, serve honey from a local family farm, make their own preserves. I found this hotel at the very last minute and what a VERY pleasant surprise it was - I found a gem!!! First of all, not only the location of this hotel is fantastic but the lighting in the room is great, it has a very comfortable bed, great shower, the place brand new, very clean, very bright, perfectly working air conditioner when needed, great toiletries and other items (blow dryer, slippers, robe, etc.), well-kept and the hotel staff service is just incredible! The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, hospitable, top notch with attention to details, extremely prompt in service and always ensured that my stay was very comfortable as though I was at home! I was even greeted with a refreshing, delicious welcome drink without me even asking! The breakfast is high quality of local ingredients, offering both western and Greek dishes. This is easily my new favourite hotel in Heraklion. This hotel is just impeccable and stellar in every single way. I can’t wait to return to the city when I’m less so in a rush (only stayed there for a night - but boy what a gem I found!!), so that I can also enjoy the spa services upon my next visit! Pnoe Breathing Life - Adults Only offers a buffet or American breakfast. I can't recommend this place enough it was vacation Seekers dream they went out of their way every time we wanted something to make it happen in the best way possible the facilities were gorgeous and the service was even more outstanding I'd like to point out about the spa it was the best one out of the many we've been to the service and atmosphere with truly inspiring And lastly we we had left a very valuable jewelry after already arriving home we contacted via the WhatsApp chat within 10 minutes they found it and sent me a link to have it shipped home I am truly grateful for this ❤️

The hotel has a sauna, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. nothing bad to say about this hotel. the structure is new, rooms are clean and other parts of the resort aswell. rich buffet for breakfast, many things were the same, but everyday there were aswell other things. we loved that. we used a massage service for the couple, we enjoyed that very much. very friendly staff and very helpful!
