The room was beautiful, the private swimming pool was clean, and the Italian restaurant on the terrace was wonderful. Will definitely be back!

The staff was very helpful and professional, they even gave us a better room when the tub drain in our booked room didn't function. That gesture was amazing, it shows that they really care about the guests. We will definitely come again to the hotel, and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Beds comfortable. Very clean everywhere. Small clean sauna. Good Massages available. Just a few meters to many restaurants, clubs and the promenade by the sea.

The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again!

A café and a snack bar are available. We often travel with our little baby, and we were really happy with our stay at this hotel as a family with a baby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stopped here on our way to Thessaloniki and we’re so glad we did! The room was clean and spacious, the balcony was lovely, and having a baby crib ready for us was such a relief. There was no problem with parking either. And a special thanks to Mr. George for the cold water he kindly gave us for the road — such a thoughtful gesture!

In the heart of the historic Makedonia Palace, Hammam Baths welcomes guests to the marvels of “les bains”. Massage treatments can be also provided. The hotel also provides conference and meeting facilities, a gift and jewelry shop and a fitness centre. Guests can choose between the free, open-air parking space or the guarded, indoor at an extra charge. Everything was amazing. Friendly staff, great manager. Good breakfast. Excellent view from 7th floor, good room service, vallet service. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Mpoukadoura Restaurant serves an extensive range of creative Greek cuisine in a light, modern setting. Guests may enjoy a drink or snack from the bar overlooking the gulf of Thermaikos and the city of Thessaloniki. American breakfast is daily served. We were very pleased with the receptionist who let us check in earlier, we got a free room upgrade and they were absolutely professional and courteous. The place is wonderful. The only dislike goes to the breakfast staff that follows you around and you get to feel uncomfortable while choosing what to eat. The variety offered was excellent. I suggest the staff should stay at some distance in need of assistance to react, but let us enjoy some freedom :-)

Electra Palace Thessaloniki is a 5-star flagship hotel in the heart of Thessaloniki, in the impressive Aristotelous Square. On the top floor is the Orizontes Roof Garden Restaurant Bar with panoramic views of the Thermaic Gulf. You can also relax in the rooftop pool or revitalize in the spa with the heated pool. On the ground floor you will find a British style lounge bar with fireplace and chesterfield sofas. I've stayed at this hotel for one night last weekend (17th Feb). I booked the classic room, but the receptionist was beyond nice and upgraded our room to a premium one. It was spacious and also had an amazing side sea view from the balcony. Customer service is beyond excellence, the hotel/room is very clean and comfortable. They also have a SPA, Gym and Rooftop Restaurant. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly from the beginning until the end of our stay. Breakfast buffet is rich and varied with fresh and very tasty products. The rooftop restaurant is one of a kind with a very relaxing view of the sea, where you can enjoy drinks (especially good signature cocktails), food, snacks and/or desserts. The location of the hotel makes the whole trip much easier as it's located in the center of Thessaloniki so, almost everything is very walkable. Taxis and buses are also easily accessible. Long story short, the hotel offered very good value for the price paid. I'd definitely come back again and again.
