The staff was very helpful and professional, they even gave us a better room when the tub drain in our booked room didn't function. That gesture was amazing, it shows that they really care about the guests. We will definitely come again to the hotel, and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Located at the foot of Mount Belles, Agnantio Hotel & Spa features a seasonal, outdoor pool and a wellness centre. Its rooms have a balcony with garden and pool views and free WiFi. A café and a snack bar are available. We often travel with our little baby, and we were really happy with our stay at this hotel as a family with a baby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stopped here on our way to Thessaloniki and we’re so glad we did! The room was clean and spacious, the balcony was lovely, and having a baby crib ready for us was such a relief. There was no problem with parking either. And a special thanks to Mr. George for the cold water he kindly gave us for the road — such a thoughtful gesture!

The hotel also provides conference and meeting facilities, a gift and jewelry shop and a fitness centre. Guests can choose between the free, open-air parking space or the guarded, indoor at an extra charge. Excellent hotel and facilities. The rooms was spacious and clean, the breakfast was amazing and the hotel stuffs were really helpful and polite. The hotel is located in the best location of the city, and the underground parking was highly secured. Strongly recommended.

Electra Palace Thessaloniki is a 5-star flagship hotel in the heart of Thessaloniki, in the impressive Aristotelous Square. On the top floor is the Orizontes Roof Garden Restaurant Bar with panoramic views of the Thermaic Gulf. You can also relax in the rooftop pool or revitalize in the spa with the heated pool. On the ground floor you will find a British style lounge bar with fireplace and chesterfield sofas. I've stayed at this hotel for one night last weekend (17th Feb). I booked the classic room, but the receptionist was beyond nice and upgraded our room to a premium one. It was spacious and also had an amazing side sea view from the balcony. Customer service is beyond excellence, the hotel/room is very clean and comfortable. They also have a SPA, Gym and Rooftop Restaurant. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly from the beginning until the end of our stay. Breakfast buffet is rich and varied with fresh and very tasty products. The rooftop restaurant is one of a kind with a very relaxing view of the sea, where you can enjoy drinks (especially good signature cocktails), food, snacks and/or desserts. The location of the hotel makes the whole trip much easier as it's located in the center of Thessaloniki so, almost everything is very walkable. Taxis and buses are also easily accessible. Long story short, the hotel offered very good value for the price paid. I'd definitely come back again and again.
