The photo's of the rooms, apartments and pool area are actually true to life and totally exceeded our expectations. The interior design of rooms and apartments are beautiful. The pool are is gorgeous. It gives 5 star hotel vibes. We enjoyed breakfasts and brunches in the pantry restaurant and the short walk into the old town and seafront for dinner and drinks each evening. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop taking you to local beaches. The reception and cleaning staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the ferry port. We loved our trip to Naxos and Naxos village hotel is our favourite hotel in all the Greek islands we've visited. Book it, you won't regret it!

An à la carte, continental or American breakfast is available at the property. Probably one of my favourite stays. Everything about the hotel was perfect. Gorgeous room (we were kindly upgraded to a stunning room with a sea view and private outdoor hot tub). The pool area was perfect with a stunning sea view and the most incredible sunsets. Not to mention the spectacular private beach. Delicious breakfast served with a large selection, with new treats on rotation daily. The lunch and dinner menu was beyond what you’d expect from average hotel food at very reasonable prices (even for alcoholic beverages). The chef was incredible! But what really tops this place off is the staff - everyone from the hotel manager to the bar & restaurant staff were so kind and attentive. Such lovely people who are devoted to making sure you have the most pleasant stay. You’ll come as strangers and leave as friends. There is just something so magical about this place, it really does bring people together, including other guests. Never been to Naxos before and randomly chose this island on a whim. But will definitely be returning especially for another stay at Akre. Thank you so much 😊

Each room comes with a balcony with views of the city. Yannis and his wife were amazing hosts! They quickly replied to all of our questions. Yannis even arranged a private tour of the island for us and a very affordable charge.. It was very relaxing and quiet. It was easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

This is certainly one of the best hotels I've stayed in around the world, both for its excellent structure and comfort, and for the kindness in treating guests. Every detail is personally taken care of by the owners. The villas are beautiful, new, very comfortable, with a private pool and a breathtaking view. We had a memorable experience. The owners offered us a delicious welcome dinner.

What to say… Our suite was beautifully appointed with modern design and furnishings and felt very homey. It didn’t feel like a hotel suite. The bed was the most comfortable of our whole Greek holiday. Our terrace even had a view of the Temple of Apollo Portara in the distance! The fresh orange juice for breakfast was amazing and there was a large selection on offer. The ElMar team were awesome hosts. Guests will be in for a treat.

Port of Naxos is a 10-minute walk away. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Room was fab and the jacuzzi bath outside on the terrace was great, nice and relaxing. Location was really good.

The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is top notch...a few meters walk from a gorgeous beach and a short 10 min drive to Naxos town. The design and architecture of the hotel is lovely. Spacious rooms and beautiful washrooms.

Family-run Ikaros Studios is situated 800 metres from Naxos city and just 300 metres from Agios Georgios Beach. It offers a swimming pool and self-catered, air-conditioned accommodation amidst beautiful gardens. We liked everything about our stay, thanks to Kalli's and Nikos's kindness and help. They were brilliant.
