The welcome was warm, and throughout our stay, the hotel staff made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Both rooms we booked were excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. The pools, the gym, and the tennis court — everything was perfect. We will definitely come back again.

Certain rooms include a seating area for your convenience. Everything was perfect, beds, pillows, atmosphere, food and drinks, staff were helpful and smiling

Wellness options include a fitness centre, a hammam, a hot tub and a range of body treatments and massages, which guests can enjoy at extra charge. A children’s heated pool, playground and animation program are provided for younger guests. The resort as a whole was an amazing experience and the perfect couples getaway. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! We opted for the All- Inclusive package which was well worth the price. Upon checking in we were offered refreshing towels and champagne while we waited, the hostess assisted us in downloading the app where you can make reservations for the various different restaurants that were available on the resort. Our personal favorite was the Tex Mex restaurant we had the pleasure to dine in on Cinco de Mayo. All the bars served a delicious variety of drinks and the bartenders were very fun and friendly . When you go you have to make sure you get a drink from Panagiotis (the one with the cool mustache)! His humor and hospitality were top tier. The room was extremely clean and the sea view was spectacular. If you need anything the staff is readily available and quick to respond. If you are interested in doing things off the resort the staff can assist you in getting a taxi. The bay where most of the cruises start is only a 15 minute ride from the resort. There are also clubs and bars to go to that play all kinds of different music 15 min in the opposite direction. The most we paid for a taxi in either direction was about €27. To sum it up we have zero complaints. When we visit the island again we won’t be staying anywhere but here!!

It's the very good hotel and I really recommend this hotel to all travellers who visit Rhodes.The room was very clean, I got fruits and a bottle of wine.There are a lot of swimming pools and you can forgot about the sea, that is 100 m from hotel.

The staff made sure we had everything we needed and even made calls for us to reserve a place and find out details. We mentioned that one of the visitors is blind and recieved the accessible room. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was both generous and delicious. The pool was fantastic! . Overall, a fantastic experience!

The buffet food was excellent, with great variety and different options each day. All the staff were incredibly kind. I would like to give a special thank-you to Mario Sevina and George for their outstanding availability, thoughtful gifts, and excellent service throughout our 7-day stay. The experience exceeded our expectations, especially as we were upgraded to a family room in a beautiful area of the hotel. I can only recommend this place — it’s wonderful for both adults and children. I will definitely return if we come back to Rhodes!
