villa irini was beautiful- well equipped, excellent outdoor space and swimming pool with plenty of shade for relaxing. The room was well sized, simple and very clean. Excellent service from Irini and her team, I would recommend!

The breakfast offerings were good. Our room was large and spacious, overlooking the port. It has a great location for access to all the restaurants and port facilities of the island.

Thank you to the owners for such a warm welcome .We both have had a very relaxing stay and wish we were there for longer.The apartment was basic but traditional, lovely and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfasts were great and drinks very good value .Pool was lovely and good views .Walk up from town all uphill so at times we got a taxi as temp was high, taxi reasonable 10 euros .The hosts were very kind helpful and provided transfers to and from The ferry port .Could not fault the hospitality we received .

Brilliant place - superb green outdoor space with a lovely swimming pool and breakfast/bar area. Room was good - high ceilings, nice balcony. A perfect retreat in a walled garden, 5 mins walk from the bars and restaurants of the old harbour and 5 mins from the nearest beach.

Awesome place to stay in Spetses, clean rooms,. comfortable beds, beautiful pool area, relaxing view.from the balcony, nice breakfast and mostly exceptional hospitality by the family that runs the hotel!!

Room was spacious with good air conditioning. Bed was really big and comfortable. Courtyard where breakfast was served was fab, cool and calm. Breakfast was great with plenty of quality food and always the offer of a cooked breakfast. Staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful. Pool area is small, this wasn’t a problem for us as there was always somewhere to sit. Location was fab for us, few minutes from ferry but quiet and really close to bars and restaurants.

We were picked up at the port by Mirco we would never have found it ourselves the first time.What a find.A beautiful property and location. We booked a room with a sea view and it didn't disappoint.The room was very spacious and spotless and we had a very good sized balcony.The bed was a dream to sleep on.Gardens and pool amazing. The choi ces at breakfast was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a very nice spot between the new and the old harbor of Spetses. It has a great design, very clean common areas and rooms. All of the rooms are overlooking on the pool which is a great spot to relax during the day. The rooms are very spacious and have high quality products, mattress, etc. The breakfast was very tasty and made with very fresh products. We really enjoyed our stay! All the stuff is very friendly and Karl with Hannah were always happy to help us during our stay.
