The view was fantastic, facilities of ample size with a great gym, lovely beach area, swimming dock, and several pools that were ample in size. Never crowded, and the village with a museum and small chapel added to the Greek ambiance.

The breakfast’s amazing with a wide range of pastries, fruits, yogurts, etc. The hotel itself is stunning - probably the prettiest hotel pool I’ve seen and it’s truly a place for you to fully relax. The staff are beyond friendly here, Amelia was very professional, friendly and helpful during my stay - she welcomed me with a big bright smile, explained all the facilities in the hotel, and helped me arrange taxis and the floating breakfast with such good care. All the staff are amazing, they remember small details about your preference during your stay and are always there when you need help. I could feel that I was truly being taken good care of. I wish I could stay here for a few more days so I will definitely come back next year for Olea.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, The Bay Hotel & Suites is the place to be. The property is tranquil, with lush gardens and a quiet, serene atmosphere. We enjoyed the spa facilities, which were so soothing after a day of exploring Zakynthos. The rooms were well-appointed, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff is attentive, and the food is delicious. A true haven for relaxation.

Everything was perfect, the room (sea side view) was clean and comfortable, the food was exceptional and the hotel facilities were very good. The food was always very tasty, and there were a lot of options to choose from. The staff was always very kind and polite. Close to the hotel there are a few restaurants, souvenir shops (bonus: the hotel has its own mini market/souvenir shop) and car rental places.

This hotel is an ideal place for families looking for a relaxing stay as well as groups of young people that want to enjoy Tsilivi’s night life. The hotel seemed new and everything felt well preserved. Everything was super aesthetic and comfortable and we really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Service was amazing and staff was super helpful at all times. One of the best hotels, I’ve stayed at for sure

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the apartment, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. We spent eight das and everything was very good. Very comfortable flat, beautifully decorated. It has all the kitchen appliances one needs, a/c, iron and iron board, washing machine and good size TV sets. The location is great. Quiet, yet close to the beach and the grocery stores. Car is mandatory.
