Staff - Never seen such amazing people working for a hotel like here. All of them (!!) are absolutely friendly, polite, kind, warmhearted, funny and so hard working to make you have the greatest time. Hotel, rooms & facility - we got a very beautiful room with private pool. It was always very clean and has everything you need. There was a shower and a bath tube in the room too. The are also 3 big pool areas with a variation of amazing sunbeds. Food & restaurants - we booked with halfboard so we could daily taste the various food the chef was creating. There was always enough of everything, variations of meat, salads, pasta, greek specialities and also many vegetarian options. For vegan people there is also an extra restaurant (but once you taste the greek meat and food - you will never want to be vegan again 😜🇬🇷) Specials - there was a gym, a SPA, and also a hotel owned beach. Nearly every night there was a special theme night with live music or instruments. There is also a car rent option or activities to book at the hotel. They will arrange everything you want 😊 ! Location - the location of the hotel is very good and we would recommend a car or another transfer option if you want to see something of the island. There is a supermarket nearby too. All in one - it was a PERFECT stay for us! The team is very hard working to make us the perfect stay. Thank YOU ALL for this amazing visit!

I recently had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was met with exceptional service that exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of my trip was celebrating my birthday during my stay. To my surprise, the staff surprised me at midnight with a mouthwatering cake that was the best I've ever tasted! It was a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday extra special. Dimitra, a member of the staff, was incredibly helpful and professional, always wearing a smile. Mike at the bar crafted the most amazing cocktails on the island, if not in all of Greece. The reception girls, including Sotiris, was attentive and assisted us with everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Alexandros ensured that our stay was exceptional. The personalized experience provided by the staff was truly outstanding.

Hospitality: From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest welcome I've ever received at a five-star hotel. The staff's dedication to guest wellbeing is evident in every interaction. They go out of their way to make you smile, laugh, and ensure you feel completely taken care of. Unlike some places, there's no pressure or forced services, which adds to the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The Greek hospitality was excellent, adding to the overall warmth and friendliness of the stay. Outstanding Management: A special mention goes to Chrysa, the hotel manager, who is truly one of a kind. She made my stay feel like home, taking exceptional care of me throughout my visit. Chrysa's attention to detail and genuine concern for my comfort was remarkable. Her efforts to ensure that I was comfortable at all times did not go unnoticed and added a personal touch that elevated my experience. Chrysa is the sweet person, and during my stay, she became a great friend. It's very rare to find such amazing hotel managers, and I wish her the best. Maria was incredibly friendly and always available to give advice. Her readiness to help and the nice chats we had were really delightful and added to the overall positive experience. Bar Service: Stematis at the bar deserves a special note for his exceptional service. He is a great gentleman who made tasty coffees. His friendliness added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. Dining Experience: The dining experience at the hotel is truly delightful. Mary and her wonderful team paid attention to detail and dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience were evident in every dish served.

Best hotel with the best team! They will always help you for taxi or any inquiries. Beautiful rooms with sea view. Lovely breakfast with lot of selection and cocktails at night looking on the Ionian from the amazing hotel's pool. I highly recommended it.

Close to the centre of Tsilivi town, this hotel rests along a quiet road that leads to the beautiful beach. This location offers tranquility close to the vibrant town. From check in to check out, the Hotel Contessina was amazing. Polite and accommodating staff were everywhere, including the cleaning folks, bartenders, pool staff, check in desk, and servers. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the AC went to a cool level, which we loved after those hot days. The showers were large with rain shower and a powerful handheld jet, if you liked that option. Each evening, turn down service was exceptional and the fruit or sweet plate hit the spot. The most surprising and touching part of it all was the parting gift we were given during our check out. It was a bottle of olive oil and two jars of marmalade from the Contessina farm. A handwritten note thanking us for our stay with them seemed out of place in that it felt we should be giving them a gift for all the warm hospitality. The only knock is really the town itself, which is a matter of my personal opinion. The good is that the ATV rental place is right across the street so, if you're into that, it was very convenient. The town itself felt a bit like Cabo on spring break. Many bars and cheesy places to go to. The restaurants weren't that unique and many had the same menu items. We didn't venture much out of the hotel and it's, by far, the best property anywhere close to where it's located. Decent walk to a very crowded beach. Overall, an amazing place to stay in Zakynthos!
