It boasts the largest hotel meeting, event and catering facilities in the city. Very clean, location is good, gym has many choices and staff were cleaning the machine all the time. At my last night, I need to print out a very important document urgently, one of the staff ( Kay) helped me with patient and caring in the middle of the night. Very appreciate her help!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel ICON—it was the last of three hotels we tried in Hong Kong, and hands down, the best sleep I had on the entire trip (fellow Oura users will appreciate: I hit an 87 score!) We stayed in one of the luxury rooms on a high floor with lounge access, and I highly recommend it. The room offered a stunning panoramic view of the city skyline, and taking a bath while watching the night lights of Hong Kong was a memorable experience—worth every cent. Although the hotel isn’t brand new, you can clearly see the dedication of the team to maintain a high standard across the board. With our booking, we had access to two breakfast options: one in the executive lounge (quieter and more exclusive), and the other in the Market buffet, which was more lively and crowded but absolutely worth visiting for the variety and vibe. Another great perk: check-out options. We had a late-night flight, and being able to stay and relax after checking out in the lounge and pool zones, made a huge difference in our travel comfort. If you're looking for a mix of luxury, service, and unbeatable views, Hotel ICON is a fantastic choice. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Its elegant rooms overlook Victoria Harbour from floor-to-ceiling windows. Free WiFi is provided throughout the entire property. I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious & well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also excellent, conveniently situated near to MRT. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming & always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay & I would definitely return in the future.

This 5-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a concierge service. We moved to this hotel on the 26th december for 2 nights after 3 nights at St Regis and experiencing some very unpleasant matters. The hotel is great, service was excellent, there were plenty of dining options offered inside the hotel, a very well-equipped gym with a beautiful harbor view. We dined at the chinese restaurant (The Legacy House), food was excellent and service was great too from the hostess who welcomed us and brought us to our seats to the staff who took great care of us from the start till the end of our meal.

The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. Location cannot get better as Airport express and Kowloon station just below the hotel. Room on 30th floor was very nice with beautiful view.. next time more ocean view i want.. superb quality of entire staff right from the entrance.. as i had more luggage, the bell boy came to drop me at the airport express with out saying anything.. this is like a Disney culture..where any staff member goes out of their way to help customers..! hats off..!

At the Peninsula Spa, relax with a full body massage or soak in the hot tubs. There is also an on-site shopping arcade, and well-equipped function rooms. Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Andie Cheung, Front desk manager, enabled a quick and pleasant check in. Upon request, Andie converted a King bed into 2 beds. Very professional. Wilson greeted me at the airport. I knew my stay would be a pleasant one after meeting up with Wilson. Warm welcoming. Jimmy, the driver, brought me to the hotel in a clean car providing water route. it was a plodrive from the airport to the hotel.

Even without going out, guests will be spoilt for recreational choice with a pampering massage, a heated indoor pool and well-equipped gym. Added convenience is provided with laundry and concierge services. Perfect view, clean room, amazing bathroom. Amazing!
