The check in was smooth and they gave us the room earlier than expected staff were very professional and helpful. Also we got the parking complimentary as i think ut should be when booking a 4 star hotel. Ut was a really good stay we enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Everything was in great condition, quite new and fresh plus the staff are super friendly and helpful. They will simply help you with no fuss or complications. You can see they themselves are happy at the hotel enjoying their work. Many thanks to the reception team Maria and Jakov who helped us and also were so kind to show us the gorgeous panoramic views from the 5th floor. Special thanks to the restaurant staff Angela, Natasha and Lazar for their kind energy and friendliness. Your kind attention to details and friendliness really made us feel at home. Boutique Hotel Mirjam offers 4-star accommodation with a sauna, hot tub and spa centre. Everything! This hotel is very modern but cozy at the same time. The location is a 15 minutes walk from the old town, but that comes with peace and quite. Rooms are squeeky clean, very well equipped and I very much appreciate the small details such as great quality personal care items in the bathroom, sweets on the table, etc. The pool on the roof is amazing, water temperature was perfect even on November 1st, the view is superb, and they also serve great cocktails in the pool bar. We couldn't wait for the breakfast time - everything we tried was fresh and super tasty. I also haven't met a nicer staff than in this hotel for a long time, helpful and very professional.
