They enjoyed the food, especially the ice cream part:))), the playground inside and outside. The biggest attractions for the kids were the slides, however the whole set up is really a dreamland for little ones from 1-6 year old. Everything is well designed for a perfect vacation for the whole family. The food is excellent, we appreciated that the dinner was available until 9:30. It was already our second visit, we'll go again. Thank you for the staff for their friendly relationship to the kids, it is excepcionel.

The wellness area at Kenese Bay Garden Resort & Conference offers views to lake Balaton. It provides indoor and outdoor hot tub, sauna, a swimming pool as well as pool for children. You can play table tennis, street-ball and football as well as tennis. Outdoor and indoor fitness facilities are available. Hotel is situated in a quite area next to the lake. When arriving by car you have 3 parking areas. Great thing is that parking was included in the hotel price. We took half board and room with the lake view. Excellent choice. Hotel room was relatively big, clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Balcony offered spectacular lake view. We loved dinner and breakfast buffet and its diversity. Food was very tasty and dinning area is very inviting. We used the wellness facilities as well ~ pool and sauna are included in the room rate. You have the opportunity to enjoy the lake view either from saunas or the pool which is offering additional zen element. Both pools are the right temperatures. Due to lake proximity, you can if you are 'brave' enough, choose to cool yourself in the lake after being in a sauna. Highly recommend the stay, would visit them again.

We liked the breakfast the most because it was really delicious and plenty of options.

Very good location, clean and nice hotel after renovations, nice SPA area and big choice of procedures. Helpful and friendly staff. Food was delicious, big choice and menu changes every day.

This was a return trip for us and Lotus Hotel never disappoints. Service was excellent, facilities amazing, with super clean pools, saubas and rooms, great food, and altogether, a very relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful town of Heviz is only 2 km away so we took early morning walks to the town and had out first coffee there. As a bonus, there is a litttle show every night at the hotel and some of the performers are fantastic. All in all, a memorable holiday! We shall return!

Guests can also relax in the garden or in the shared lounge area. We stayed at Heviz Spring Apartments for just one night, but it left a lasting impression! We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Linda, who showed us to the spacious family apartment — fully equipped with everything one might need, even a baby crib! It was clear that the hosts had thoughtfully prepared for any situation. Although we didn’t get to use most of the amenities due to our short stay, we truly appreciated the attention to detail and care. A special thanks to our host Imre — when he found out we don’t eat meat, he kindly arranged for us to have a vegetarian dinner at his friend’s restaurant Cédrus, located in the center of Hévíz near the entrance to the lake. The meal was included in the price, which was an incredibly generous and thoughtful gesture! Breakfast was delightful, prepared by two wonderful ladies who clearly know what they’re doing and do it with passion. Much respect and thanks to Imre — we wish him continued success and many great guests in the future!
