We like almost everything. From the communication with the host which is very smooth, then the facilities in the unit and in the apartment (there is even a washing machine), the cleanliness, the comfort, the location. Overall, it feels homey. The best thing is that, the host offered us to stay an extra day without extra cost, just because we initially planning to stay only one night, but to access the clubhouse we need to register our finger print to the management office, and it will active after 24 hours. This is the third year we've stayed at the FM7 Resort Hotel while on a 17-hour layover in Jakarta. This time, we had a huge Deluxe Plus room with a fabulous marble ensuite bathroom. We had great food in the restaurant, and the breakfast certainly didn't disappoint! As usual, the friendly staff made us feel really welcome, and the complementary airport shuttle transfer ensured a completely stress-free experience. Next year, we plan to stay over for 2 nights.
