From the communication with the host which is very smooth, then the facilities in the unit and in the apartment (there is even a washing machine), the cleanliness, the comfort, the location. Overall, it feels homey. The best thing is that, the host offered us to stay an extra day without extra cost, just because we initially planning to stay only one night, but to access the clubhouse we need to register our finger print to the management office, and it will active after 24 hours. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a nice balcony. The location is ideal: the hotel is close to the airport, which is perfect for travelers on a short stopover or with an early flight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d like to especially mention (Bayu, Sarah)who made my stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality and attentiveness. The hotel also features a beautiful rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view over Jakarta. Additionally, the on-site restaurant is a real highlight – the food was delicious and well-prepared. Jakarta’s city center, with its main attractions, is about a 30-minute taxi ride away, making this hotel a great base for both exploring and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
