Staff was so personal and nice and the spa was amazing!! Not a single complaint. <3

Floating breakfast can be served when requested a day before, Staff of the hotel are super nice people, always ready to help out and serve. Room service is free. From the front desk to the driver everyone is super nice and helpful. Pool was clean and the view was amazing. And the food was good.. loved the duck meal. And ooh they actually have nights where some artists come to sing during dinner.. simply magical... all for free. And for dinner they serve bread and "Canape" for free in addition to the food. There is free Yoga on Wednesdays or Thursdays. They also do flower baths at a fee. There is also free shuttle to the city and back. You just have to inform them on time. I didn't want to leave when it was time to check out.

A continental, American or Asian breakfast is available at the property. We returned to Kastara for the second time after 1 year. Cozy spacious rooms with new furniture and incredible views. Very good wi-fi (we work with my boyfriend and we haven't had any problems). There is a GYM with everything you need. Spa!!! Specialist with magic hands! After the flight, I was recovered in literally 1 hour. Very tasty restaurant and bar. The staff is incredible! Very good location. Close to the artist's walk and not far to Ubud.

I usually don't stay in hostels anymore, but the experience at Arya exceeded any hostel I've ever had. The location is in central Ubud but is very quiet. When checking in you'll receive a welcome coconut and also a tote bag for free. The staff was the kindest, upbeat and helpful. They taught me so much about Balinese traditions and culture. Lovely on-site restaurant with delicious food and cocktails. Wide comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and the pool was also inviting. It was wholesome to connect with other female travellers and share stories. The staff even surprised me with a fruit platter and some singing on my birthday. The best!
