It was a very welcome island of calmness and relaxation in a hustling city. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the two pools to relax and have a drink with a view. Make sure to check out the fantastic gym. In hindsight, we would have booked including breakfast as the buffet looked pretty delicious.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. The Breakfast is propably the best i ever had. Im 40 years old and been to some really good and also some quit expensiv hotels. Free WiFi is accessible throughout the premises. The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

It features a separate seating area, a spacious walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a bath and hot/cold shower. The staff was incredibly friendly, they let us check in early, I had told them when I booked that it was my sister's birthday, when we arrived to the room they had personalized "Happy Birthday" greetings written on the window, and a delicious chocolate cake set out with card. Restaurant was very good, we got spa treatments which were wonderful! Pool area is beautiful. Room was large, huge bathroom and very comfortable beds!

I can't believe what happened to me as I was surprised by a gift of a toy from housekeeping for my son and a message indicating their happiness with my presence..I've been touched by the kind gesture. about the breakfast, you will never be confused.. as they have all kinds of food.. English, Indian, Arabic, and international.. they have live cooking and their service is excellent I would like to thank all grand hayatt team a special thanks to Ahmed Diyas
