A buffet breakfast is available at the accommodation. Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located in the Sudirman district and on top of Ashta mall. The breakfast buffet is a great spread, the staff are attentive and remember you, and gym also has a lot of good facilities. The rooms are charming with a good view. Overall a great stay. Ps for those who do not know Sudirman has a car free day on Sunday mornings so cabs cannot come to the hotel. Would recommend getting a grab bike or walking out of the area before ordering a grab!

The scent of Jasmine is everywhere in the hotel! I love it until I try to search for the scent after return to my country. 3. The staff was so nice and offer us room upgrade once we arrived. King room was very spacious, with excellent quality-of-life features like privacy glass for bathroom, separate controls for sheer and drape, etc. Service was world-class - with bilingual staff and excellent room service in food and make-up service. Especially appreciated the quick and amazing laundry service which cleaned up my partner's precious linen blouse. Big thank you for that. As a fan of the Art Deco style, this hotel was classy and beautifully decorated.

Faisal and Fauzan were always at the entrance door to help with anything we need. Luggage already loaded into the taxi on our way to the airport and all we have to do is sit and enjoy.

It features a separate seating area, a spacious walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a bath and hot/cold shower. breakfast was exquisite, they let us bring some of the food back to our room because my brother was feeling unwell and had to leave breakfast early. I hurt myself swimming and the staff couldn’t be more helpful providing 1st aid. room was huge, plenty of amenities, they truly live up to the 5 star standard. just overall great

However, there were two material stains - one on the sofa (smallish) and one on the window seat (big).
