Well designed and gives you the feeling of having a spacious room with an amazing bathtub. The facilities are amazing especially the restaurant, which serves delicious meals and has attentive, hospitable and excellent staff. The hotel staff are amazing and immediately would act to correct whatever minor issue there is, later also would take their time to send you a handwritten apology card to apologise for the inconvenience. I highly recommend staying at either one of Amnaya’s locations. This one is near Nusa Dua (not located in nusa dua though). In short, definitely worth the stay and amazing value for money. I would stay here again.

From the moment we stepped at the facility, Indah (the front desk officer) was very professional, courteous and friendly. Same thing can be said to Riaz, who was very pleasant when we discussed a day tour going to Ubud. The sumptuous breakfast buffet is one of the best I've experienced, travelling the world. Your staff makes it all more memorable and wonderful. Will definitely recommend your property to my friends and colleagues.

This resort features a beachfront setting complete with an on-site spa and wellness centre, business facilities and outdoor pools. It also offers free WiFi access in all areas of the property and free on-site parking facility. Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua was fantastic from start to finish. Although we only stayed for two nights the hotel and the staff left a wonderful impression on us and we have already booked to come back for four nights in September next year. A special note for two members of staff, whilst all of the staff were great, I wanted to point out in particular, Joy (the lovely lady who showed us around) and Suar (the giggly lady at the Lounge bar) both of these ladies were amazing, and also a mention to the boys around the pool.

The friendly concierge staff are able to arrange for a variety of recreational activities, including kite flying, sand sculpture and water sports. The Lagoon spa offers a range of beauty treatments. Providing free Wi-Fi throughout the building and free on-site parking, the hotel features a fitness centre. The stay at The Laguna Resort was the most amazing experience in our lives. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We received a room upgrade with a direct entrance to the pool. It was a big room with a comfortable bed and a big TV. Breakfast was various and very delicious. The staff in the restaurant area was very attentive and helpful. We want to thank "Chris" (not sure if I wrote it right) for making our stay even more special. The whole territory of the hotel is very green and beautiful. We left with very good emotions and I think we will definitely come back!

Very centrally located, amazing service, accommodation, and hospitality! Eve and Ben were so good to us and made the stay entertaining and a wonderful experience! Located 2.4 km from Pandawa Beach, Nunamkhalu Private Villa and Spa offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as an infinity pool and a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, a pool table, free private parking and free WiFi. Every room is equipped with a patio with views of the pool. Staff are absolutely amazing, Moses and the crew are the most pleasant people we have ever met, they bend over backwards to make your experience all that it can be. Facilities are great and food is delicious, highly recommend, our favorite Bali stay will 100% be returning. So happy we chose to stay there.
