Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. This was our second time at the Renaissance. The Hotel has a centric and quiet location. The room is clean and confortable. The Breakfast buffet is exceptional. There are 3 pools and a childrens pool, so there is enough space for everyone. There are 3 restaurants, all of them with a very nice variety of food, excellent quality and the food is delicious and fresh. The gym is more tgan enough and most of the time there is space. What makes this place so special for us, are the whole team, they are like family, always warm, friendly and very welcoming. Thank You to the Renaissance Team, you do an exceptional job. Negative We asked at the upper bar and at the reception (we did not know this two employees and they were the only two unfriendly persons, we talked to), if we could buy some bottles of water for the room and the unfriendly and unflexible answer was just: "no, maybe at the supermarket". We got four bottles of water in the room, everytime when the room was cleaned, but as it was not necessary to get the room cleaned everyday, we just did not get the water. So we went out to buy the water from the supermarket.

Guests can lounge at the outdoor infinity pool, or request for a relaxing Balinese massage. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Hi. This resort is fabulous, with a great view to Indian Ocean and a very nice big pool. The breakfast is delicious, various, good coffee, tasty fruit plates and bites. The room is very nice and spacious, very clean with a big shower. Good location, near us a lots of very good restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Near the beaches, the Pecatu area is very nice. Highly recommended this resort. The stuff is very friendly and nice, with a good attitude.

Providing free Wi-Fi throughout the building and free on-site parking, the hotel features a fitness centre. Everything is perfect as always. And you appreciate it even more when you visit other hotels and realise the laguna is so much better. Went to the kempinsky for a visit but it was packed and no privacy.

Perfect location in Uluwatu, stunning hotel! Service was exceptional and staff were amazing!! So welcoming! Rooms were super clean, modern and spacious. The view of the sunset from our balcony was incredible, hotel was so quiet and relaxing. Staff helped us get a bike easily and were always on hand to help. Lovely breakfast on offer. Partner loved the pink theme! Highly recommend if visiting Uluwatu.
