The Breakfast buffet is exceptional. There are 3 pools and a childrens pool, so there is enough space for everyone. There are 3 restaurants, all of them with a very nice variety of food, excellent quality and the food is delicious and fresh. The gym is more tgan enough and most of the time there is space. What makes this place so special for us, are the whole team, they are like family, always warm, friendly and very welcoming. Thank You to the Renaissance Team, you do an exceptional job. Negative We asked at the upper bar and at the reception (we did not know this two employees and they were the only two unfriendly persons, we talked to), if we could buy some bottles of water for the room and the unfriendly and unflexible answer was just: "no, maybe at the supermarket". We got four bottles of water in the room, everytime when the room was cleaned, but as it was not necessary to get the room cleaned everyday, we just did not get the water. So we went out to buy the water from the supermarket.

Everywhere including our room was so clean and specious. Extremely comfortable stay. Foods were also amazing and we ate a lot. Every details they care, so there was literally nothing to complain. We even keep appreciating everything they have done for us. It was our special occasion in our life, and we were so glad that we decided to stay here since they welcomed us with their best and we felt so much care and love from them. They even gave us some special gifts and memorable times. We will definitely come back to see all people and spend the amazing time again over there. Thank you so much for everything, everyone!!!

They constantly went above and beyond for you and it felt like they truely cared for you and your requests. Nothing was ever too much of a problem. We received multiple hand written cards congratulating my wife and I for our honeymoon. It was actually mind-blowing how every single staff member would greet us, give us any information we needed and would fulfil any request! I recommended anyone stay here for the experience…you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect location in Uluwatu, stunning hotel! Service was exceptional and staff were amazing!! So welcoming! Rooms were super clean, modern and spacious. The view of the sunset from our balcony was incredible, hotel was so quiet and relaxing. Staff helped us get a bike easily and were always on hand to help. Lovely breakfast on offer. Partner loved the pink theme! Highly recommend if visiting Uluwatu.

Every room is equipped with a patio with views of the pool. everything- the Villa was beautiful and staff couldn’t do more for you. I loved how clean the villa was. we had everything we needed.
