I had made a special request that was accommodated and successful. After looking at other resorts in Bintan during my visit I felt Trikora Beach Club and Resort was definitely the best choice. The location was excellent, the access to private beach was beyond expectations. The beach was beautiful and clean. the grounds were kept well, the room was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and courteous. We felt welcomed from the beginning to the end. The resort had great food options, beautiful pool and sitting areas to enjoy the time there. It made my vacation extremely relaxing and beautiful. I made incredible memories staying at Trikora Beach Club and Resort. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an excellent vacation in Bintan.

We saw monkey's at the beach, great. Especially the Service is fantastic. We had a medical emergancy and the hotel Manager, Andi, with his Team helped around the clock, fantastic. Especially I want to mention Adera, who was there for us 20 hours to translate, organize, etc.. They also helped our kids while we were gone, like they were family!!! I am traveling a lot, and I have never seen such a outstanding Service and the careing of the people before. Thank you very much!!!!
