The perennial borders were full of interesting plants, trees and flowers. The house was built on an ancient monastery site and was peaceful and quiet. Best nights sleep of our trip.

Riverside Park Hotel in Enniscorthy town centre has luxurious rooms, a gym and a pool. There are 2 restaurants and a bar. Easy access and parking. Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic and we stayed for a sneaky late tipple at the bar which had plenty of cosy quiet corners to catch up with friends. Lovely all round.

The room and staff were exceptional. We left too early for breakfast, but the staff prepared a take away food package for us that included coffee which was a happy surprise! Highly recommended.

Nicely located on the side of a hill on the outskirts of town. Has a country club feel about it. Good reception and check in. Good service and staff. All on one level, spacious clean and welcoming .Comfortable attractive rooms. Small handy snack machine in hall. Attractive and comfortable dining and bar area inside. Also enjoy a meal or maybe a guiness or Irish whisky in the spacious forecourt taking in the sun in the afternoon with distant views beyond the Barrow River A very enjoyable breakfast in separate area inside. A short walk into town by the lower main road or up the slope at the end of hotel driveway and in to town past a small supermarket nice corner shop and along past the three bullet gate, town wall (road) and tower ruin, nice little pub opposite the park and on to the historic St Mays church and Abbey ruins and meander down into town and the wharf area.(most shops closed on Sunday)
