Mount Juliet Estate is set in 500 acres of Irish Countryside. The historic estate is located in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny and dates back to 1757. Gorgeous property - sad we were only there for one night! If we ever return to Ireland, this will be a place we spend a couple of nights for sure!!

Faithlegg House Hotel is located on the River Suir Estuary, 5 miles from Waterford Airport. Amazing accomodation. Beautiful surroundings and rooms. Gorgeous decor. Has ruined us for other accomodation 😉 Great value as has breakfast included. Rooms were lovely and everything you needed. Lovely staff. Cocktail bar worth just going into to see the beautiful decor.... Complimentary juice on arrival. Meals were beautiful.

On Ireland’s beautiful east coast, Powerscourt Hotel is a 5-star hotel tucked away in the woodlands of County Wicklow. There are stunning spa facilities and an award-winning restaurant, Sika. The room was outstanding, we were given I think an upgraded room which was huge and nicely appointed.

Set amidst 170 acres of parkland, Lyrath Estate Kilkenny is located on the outskirts of Kilkenny City. Absolutely beautiful hotel and surroundings. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was excellent (and in a beautiful setting overlooking the grounds). The spa is small but very nice, the indoor/outdoor pool is unlike anything I have seen before and we absolutely loved it. Can't recommend the Lyrath enough and can't wait to go back again hopefully!

With a history dating back to 1180, Kilkea Castle provides accommodation set on 180 acres of woodland, gardens and a golf course. Absolutely stunning property, phenomenal staff from the castle bar to the front desk. Everyone went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Built in 1832, the award-winning K Club is set on 550 acres of mature parkland with the River Liffey flowing through the estate. It’s my favourite hotel. Simply perfect.
