The luxurious 5-star Muckross Park Hotel and Spa is located in Killarney's National Park. What a fabulous hotel with exceptional service. Huge credit to all the staff who were so welcoming, couldn’t do more to help and always smiling. The hotel itself is stunning, from the entrance with candles & fresh flowers, the gorgeous spa, it all felt very luxe. We were offered a welcome drink whilst checking in, bags taken to our room, shown to the spa as we booked a time slot (access is free to all guests you just have to pre book a time slot) the spa was gorgeous, very quiet so even more special, inside and outside jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and lovely pool with bubble beds. The bar/lounge was so cosy with a fire and comfy sofas. We ate at the onsite pub which was lovely. I would try the onsite fine dining if coming back. Breakfast was a real treat, lovely service, great selection of buffet and cooked options (all included) the room itself was great, a nice hotel room, just didn’t have the wow factor that the rest of the hotel did. We will absolutely be returning when visiting Ireland again. Great value for money as well. The location was ideal to explore Killarney, close to the waterfalls and stunning landscapes. Many beautiful walking trails. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Dinners at the restaurants were excellent. Live music in the evening was a nice touch.

The Kenmare Bay Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the heart of Kenmare. It offers a leisure centre with a pool (Children's hours from 9am to 7pm daily), gym and hot tub, a restaurant and free parking. This oasis is the perfect location to stroll into downtown area. We took advantage of the hot tub after a long day of sight seeing! We stayed at a lot of air b&bs during our 2 week trip - honestly if we could redo I’d stay at more places like Kenmare Bay- it was very relaxing!

The View, busses come here just for the view. Bedrooms looking out on the view - what a lovely place to wake up to! Front desk and lads on concierge are amazing.

This is a really nice hotel and our room was fantastic. A very well laid out and spacious room with amazing views of Killarney National Park. Also throughout the hotel the level of cleanliness was clear to be seen as it was spotless. All of the staff were engaging and very friendly and a credit to the hotel. In particular the young lady working behind the bar went to a different floor to get the drink I ordered; what service! Breakfast was another standout. Usually buffet breakfasts are not up to scratch but this was not the case here. All of the hot food was actually still hot and cooked to perfection We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were delighted with the gifts the hotel had arranged for us on our arrival
