Appreciated the pick up from the airport after a long flight. When our train to Kalka was cancelled at the last moment the concierge made all the arrangements over night to make sure we had a car and driver on hand to drive from New Delhi to Shimla so we could get a good night’s rest and not worry about anything. Takeaway breakfast boxes were excellent.
