The hotel was awarded 2012 Trip advisor certificate of excellence. Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

From the airport pick up to welcome ceremony to check in… employees are highlight of this place. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting a team member at the restaurant. Her name is Kashish. She was so friendly and professional. Her big smile was something I will remember when I think of this stay. I wish I could mention everyone’s name. Everyone was just amazing and extremely professional and friendly. The food quality above five star and variety of choices suit this hotel very well. I stayed at the Leela Ambience on my back home and it wasn’t the same experience. I was disappointed about Ambience Leela because I thought I would experience the same hospitality. So what makes the Leela Palace unique and memorable is definitely the employees. The room size is perfect and the luxury you experience is about comfort and relaxation. I highly recommend this palace to all. You will love it. ❤️🙏

Incredible hotel, no money spared in the rooms or anywhere on the premises for that matter. Staff are fantastic and provide exceptional service too. 10/10, with every penny.

Sariska Kasba - A Village Resort offers a buffet or Asian breakfast. Amazing location, right in the Tiger Reserve. Very caring and kind staff. Mr. Dinesh and his team took very good care of us. Food was outstanding. They arranged various activities.
