They listened actively and resolved any issues promptly, my room and bed was super comfortable I didn’t want to leave. They gave me their cell to whatsapp and I loved the ability to raise any concerns / feedback so we can co-solve. The breakfast buffet is incredible and in room dining menu delicious. I felt super welcomed despite the way I was dressed. Ughh thank you Westin Goa team!
