The staff were lovely - very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, but the best part was the view from the balcony and waking up to birds singing in the morning. The location of the hotel is pretty good, far enough from the center to be peaceful, but just a 15-minute taxi ride away from everything.

A special thanks going out to Mr. Mahesh at The Edge restaurant, our server Mr. Vikas, Chef Mr. Anil and the Sous-Executive Chef who made our breakfast experience nothing short of outstanding! Mr. Amit, who is the guest relations Manager I believe was also very welcoming and was very sweet to connect with. The food at the property is amazing - lunch, breakfast spread, name it!

Featuring luxurious rooms with views of a garden or the surrounding mountains, Wildflower Hall Shimla boasts heated indoor and outdoor pools. I loved the way the staff welcomed us, also the main part was we were straight taken to our room for check in, didn't have to wait at the lobby while the check in is happening. Ambika is really nice, she was very helpful in answering all our queries and concerns in a calm way. Sumit the hotel manager was also very nice and good, the staff everyone was really nice to us, we felt very over happy, we were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and it wouldn't have been better in any other place.

It was great staying at Alizeh, good silent location, near main road and shops and coffee shops. Alizeh took care for any need we had and always with smile and care. Room was clean, 24/7 hot water at the shower. Breakfast was good and tasty and don't miss the karaoke and movie night !!!

The resort seamlessly combined luxury and tranquility, featuring spacious, elegantly designed rooms with breathtaking views and every comfort imaginable. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were perfectly taken care of. I indulged in outstanding spa treatments and savored delicious meals at the on-site restaurants, which offered an excellent mix of local and international cuisine. Overall, it was an ideal retreat, It was a great stay for us. The location of the hotel is great. The views from the roof are exhilarating. It was great to spend time on the roof as well. I will recommend this hotel for someone looking comfortable stay on budget and I look forward to returning for another refreshing escape.
