The room was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. The room service was prompt and efficient and the food served was delicious it had both varieties and quality. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Additionally the hotel provides taxi services which makes it more convenient for the guests to travel around. Overall, I had a great experience staying here and would highly recommend anyone visiting Katra for pilgrimage or just to explore the area then you can definitely stay here with your family or friends.

It is a 10-minute walk from the famous Gulmarg Gondola, which takes guests to Kongdoori Mountain. Parking is available. Very clean and location is excellent. Staff is extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Assad for taking care of us. The housekeeping team was excellent too.
