They are all very friendly and polite and Ali took care of all my needs and more. Highly recommended!

I wanted to send a parcel back to Taiwan and they helped me to find a box and a white cloth bag, even help me package it. and also took me to the bus station for free~ price is very cheap, location is good and rooftop sharing space is comfortable.

All staff, from our Guest Experience Manager, to dining staff, Reception and housekeeping was wonderfully friendly, helpful and always available. Generous and varied breakfast selection. Really enjoyed the live Indian music at dinner.
