Had a good experience at the Cheroot Malt & Cigar Lounge trying out cocktails from the Cholatails menu......was truly impressed with the liquid poetry curated! Breakfast at the Madras Pavilion was top notch too....... I have dined in Avarthana last year..this was my first stay...and i am definitely coming back again and hope to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and probably have a tour as i simply love the touch of culture and modernity added to it. Close to the airport hence perfect location for a transit as well whilst exploring the rest on India. Special mention to the staff who were very kind and Keerthiga who was constantly checking on us from pre-arrival rite up to departure.........that is something really thoughtful. TQ....and bravo!

This family-run estate spread across 20-acres offers accommodation in Masinagudi at the foothills of the Nilgiris. Jungle Hut Resort features a swimming pool, restaurant and guests can have fun at the games room. Everything was perfect. I decided to go here after reading all the amazing reviews about this place, vibe, hospitality and food. And it did not disappoint :) The deers are everywhere!! We opted to go for the bird watching activity and the guide was extremely well versed with all the birds. They also have freshly made jams and pickles for sale. I love the fact that this place felt so homely and they employ the local folk from the nearby village. If you're lucky, you might end up spotting elephants or bears.
